First of all, this is strictly for personal use only. Sharing the apk files with the world is like piracy and I'm pretty sure the developers wouldn't like it. I'm only showing you this because there are cases when you need to do operations such as flashing, rooting and other stuff that could end up deleting your installed stuff.
Examples are:
1. You may want to free up some space for another game or app but you don't want to lose the game/app so you back it up using this method.
2. You want to upgrade the game but it turns out the new one is having problems running well, you backup your app.
So let's begin. First of all, get File Expert. Install it and run it. Once you are there go to My Apps:
After that, it list your installed Apps such as your games and other stuff. Choose the Game/App you want to backup. In my case I will choose eBuddy. Be sure to tap on the checkbox and not on the name because you will run the app and not select it that way.
Now on the bottom you see Backup, tap on that and it will start making the backup file.
Once it is done you should see the following message:
Now let's check it out:
There as you can see we've made a backup of the app we want to keep.
