Today I picked up this awesome S3 lockscreen app from the xda-developers boards, shared by <a href="http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=4805389">Roman_Likhachev</a> (surprisingly, it still wasn't shared in the Galaxy Y boards). There is not much information on this, it could be another extracted app off a chinese device that is trying to have the TouchWiz look but was meant for a more low-end device thus it is compatible with ours aswell.<br />

What I found very interesting about this apps is that it has been given the Galaxy S3 layout, which makes it even more awesome. <br />

So I'm pretty sure most of you are aware with the Google Edition phones being out for a while now, and some of you might have liked to have their boot animations on your Galaxy Y.<br />

GreenDroidGD is a custom rom developed by <a href="http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=5139401">Blaze</a> from xda-developers forums. As you can see pretty much the whole user interface is themed in green, you could call this something unique apart from most ICS/JellyBean UI clones. The developer didn't give much information on core changes such as what kind of tweaks and improvements have been applied to the rom, but mostly just information on which parts of the rom have been themed in green.<br />

But by looking at a screenshot below, it appears it atleast has the basic features any custom rom should offer such as the AOSP lockscreens, EDT tweaks, CPU control, DSP Manager, etc.<br />

[ROM] Ace-i-Sure for Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5360

Ace-i-Sure is a custom rom based off the Samsung Galaxy Ace's firmware (atleast that's what I am aware of) ported by <a href="http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=4971058">tom411</a> from xda-developers forums. This rom is not themed to look like an advanced TouchWiz version themed rom, neither does it represent a ICS/Jelly Bean look but rather something quite unique.<br />

Please note that this is not based off Galaxy Y's official firmware but from another phone so you may experience some problems now here and then. <li>Power off your phone and boot into Recovery mode</li>
<li>Boot into CWM Recovery</li>
<li>Wipe data and cache</li>
<li>Go to install zip from sdcard</li>
<li>Select choose zip rom sdcard</li>
<li>Locate the zip and choose it</li>
<li>Choose Yes to confirm</li>
<li>After installation is complete, go back, wipe cache and data again</li>
<li>Reboot</li>
