This is a compilation of various tweaks and scripts that improve the performance of the Samsung Galaxy Y. This project is developed by slaid480 from xda-developers.

  • Build.prop tweaks and improvements.
  • Cleans Log files and tombstones at every boot.
  • Many other tweaks for better performance and battery life!
Requirements:
  • A rooted Galaxy Y
  • Kernel that supports init.d
  • ClockWorkMod Recovery
  • At least 2MB of space free in /system
Download - Click here.

 Installation:
  • Download the zip file to your sdcard
  • Boot into CWM Recovery
  • Go to install zip from sdcard, then choose zip from sdcard
  • Locate and choose the fly-on mod zip file and choose it. Choose Yes when asked
  • Once installation is done, press the back or power button to go back to the main menu and choose reboot system now
  • Enjoy the smoothness

    i'm using odin, but it get erroe when "Checking Connection". ? Did i need internet connection in this step

    just install usbdrivers for your windows..not neccesarily the kies..no need for internet connection in flashing..

    All kernel with init-d is support that tweak but the most kernel support is MERRUK

    Dude if you're not sure about fly on mod. Just install the Pure performance Tweak. Choose the CM base.
