      My Friend, Deck Dalmacio made an Icon Pack for Samsung Galaxy Y named Glow Legacy Icon Pack.

Instructions:

1. Download the Glow Legacy Icon Pack
2. Put it on your SD Card
3. Turn off your Phone
4.  Go to ClockworkMod(CWM)Recovery
5. Choose Install ZIP from SD Card
6. Choose Choose ZIP from SD Card
7. Choose the Glow Legacy icon By Deck.zip
8. After Flashing, Wait for an automatic Reboot (If theres no automatic reboot, Manually Choose Reboot System Now)
9. After Rebooting, Enjoy the Glow Legacy Icons~
