Cyanogen Icon Pack

 Another Icon Pack i've Searched at xda-developers. frooztreited of xda-Developers made an Icon Pack for Galaxy Y to become a look-a-like of icons of CyanogenMod.

Downloads:

Instructions:

1. Download the CyanogenIconPack.zip 
2. Put it on your SD Card
3. Turn off your phone
4. Go to ClockworkMod Recovery
5. Mount System
6. Flash the CyanogenIconPack.zip
7. Finally Reboot System Now.
8. Enjoy the Cyanogen Icon Pack~
