Here is a TouchWiz 5.0 Theme by marinalin85. A quite talented themer who has so far made a Jelly Bean theme, LG UI theme and this TouchWiz 5.0 theme for the Galaxy Y.
According to his thread, this theme contains modifications done to the dialer, contacts, framework-res and systemUI apk's.

 Screenshots:

 Download - Click here.

 Instructions:
  1. Boot into Recovery mode by holding Volume up + Home + Power
  2. Choose to apply update from sdcard and flash CWM recovery - Download CWM.zip
  3. Once in CWM Recovery, select to install zip from sdcard
  4. Find the theme zip file which you just downloaded and choose it
  5. Choose yes
  6. After installation is done, reboot

    this is the theme that bicked my phone. Luckily I have fixed it with Odin.. To those who got the same problem. Just search "odin" in these site.. If the computer wont detect your device. Download the Samsung Mobile Drivers.. Not the one installed with Kies.. Crappy Kies cant connect.

    This theme is only for Custom Roms :) Not for Stock Rom and to use this theme you need to download JB Theme by marinalin85! Alin is a great friend of mine ^_^

    If you have got the official stock rom file, extract the boot.img file and add it to the root of the zip file and flash it. Then u will not get a bootloop.

    it is working on S4 roms for galaxy y but only the Dialer Tab Activity is looking like touchwiz5. And the Status bar isnt working.

    Well it seems like it wasn't compatible with the particular rom you were using. If you have made a nandroid backup, restore it. If not, flash a stock rom with Odin.

    hey bro i have ddmd1 basebrand but im change the basebrand to dxll1 olbll1 dxll1 then try flash the zip flie but my phones messaging error force stope and restart my phone and when mob. is on so message error and again restart pls give me solution what i do
