How to Flash:

Rom:
  1. First of all backup your system and Charge battery full.
  2. Download and place all the three files CWM.zip, ussrv9_evan_jellynoid.zip and update9tailsv9.zip in the root directory of yours phone sd card and turn off your phone.
  3. Now reboot in Recovery mode by pressing Volume up + Menu + power button together.
  4. When you enter recovery mode touchscreen will become function less so use volume up and down to move up and down menu as selection and power button as back.
  5. Now from recovery mode menu select " Apply update from sdcard" and select clockworkmod recovery file "CWM.zip" after you enter CWM Recovery 
  6. Do Wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition.
  7. Then in recovery mode select Install zip From SDcard. 
  8. Then select Choose Zip from SDCARD navigate to root directory and select the rome file "ussrv9_evan_jellynoid.zip" file then wait for the installation to be completed.
  9. After installation completes choose advanced and then reboot recovery option this will reboot your phone back in stock recovery mode here do data wipe and cache.
Update file:
  1. Go to cwm recovery
  2. Don't need the wipe data/cache
  3. Flash update9tailsv9.zip (fixes missing lidroid toggle)
  4. Done.

      @ Finn - There is no need to ask for permission. Android is open-source, no one needs to pay for this rom either, so this is in no way piracy.

      The reason we put URL watermarks now are because of the recent content-copying kids that copy our layout and format of the posts directly into their blogs. Plus we always include original xda thread for proper credits.

    THIS ROM is CORRUPTION .When i instal live wallpaper,software is damaged.Phone cant start ..I try it flash Stock rom,but it did not help.My phone had SOFTBRICK .Now I solved it.Phone is ok . I suggest you get rid of the Roms. Sorry for my english.
