Instructions:
1.Be on stock rom and kernel(advisable)
2.Wipe data and cache from cwm
3.Install ICS Fusion v1.3 with aroma using cwm
4.Follow instructions and choose "Install ROM"
4.Reboot

    i installed from recovery mode but it stuck by A little animation of many colour and not open...What should i do..

    I'm guessing that is the boot animation for this ROM. If that's the case, it seems that it gets stuck there. Try to flash a stock rom with Odin and then re-do this procedure.

    Well I'm not sure about the Galaxy Y Duos methods. It should be pretty much the same as in this guide:

    But you need to get a firmware package of this thread specially made for Galaxy Y Duos:

    I also installed through recovery mode but it iz booting many times and not starting.What should I do.it haz stuck on boot animation screen

    Not quite familiar with Y Duos flashing procedures. First of all, are you able to restore your phone back to normal in situations like this with Odin?
