Instructions:

1. Boot into ClockworkMod Recovery
2. Do a data wipe and cache wipe
3. Choose install zip from sd card
4. Select ussrv8_evanlocked@ogy@xda.zip
5. Do not directly reboot (Go to Advance and Choose "reboot recovery" and do Wipe Data and cache) 
6. Reboot.
