    "jxnxd", yes, of course you can post a theme, as long as it is for Samsung Galaxy Y with Stock ROM, you've tested it and you upload screenshots for us to see how it looks like!!!! ;)

    I just tested it..and the notification bar toggles is not cool...u know how to edit the toggles???
    cause i edited it and nothing hapenned

    We can't edit yet the notification toggles. However, you can make themes that look great even with these toggle. For example, the above theme isn't ugly for me, but that is my personal opinion of course!!
